Staff is excellent and amicable and you can park your car on site. The breakfast is amazing with fried egg and sausage, for instance, and the service is good.

This was my amazing stay for our first nights in Northern Ireland. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were modern and pleasantly furnished with large sofa bed, everything was perfect. The location was marvellous and fab, opposite buses, in the shopping area.

    Location

The room was freezing appon arriving and was an adjoining room with a very noisy couple next door the cleanliness of the room was exceptionally poor and the decor tired there was no soap in the bathroom and overall the standards of the hotel have badly slipped i stayed there several years ago and it was a far more enjoyable expierience. In addition i payed extra in the morning to enjoy breakfast which was agian very very poor and not value for money or even close to it

Room was appalling with a large crack running the length of the external wall and the filler used had dropped out onto the floor. Room was not clean with sticky dresser top and a big black mark on the quilt! As I had got in late I was too tired to complain that night but did so first thing the next morning only to have the manager not apologise for the state of the room but barrate me for not coming down the 8 floors at 11pm to tell them then!! Really poor customer service

Stayed in a modern double room with a nifty nespresso machine, comfy double bed, and everything I needed; the service was top-notch and check-in was a breeze, plus the spot is super convenient, right by an opera house and theatre.

    Location

Initially met at only entrance by beer swigging smokers that there was no way of avoiding. Ignorant substandard reception workers, totally uninterested in any complaints so don’t waste your energy. . You are only another visitor on the conveyor belt of life in the Days. Don’t look for the personal touch, its not there. The Services at Reception, Bar, Breakfast and Housekeeping are disgraceful. Foreign staff did not try to communicate and don’t think they would know what a smile was if it was staring them in the face. Large impersonal hotel which badly needs updating and upgrading and staff definitely require retraining. A lot of TLC required to bring this hotel up to par even for the cheap prices they charge. I know Pay Cheap = Get Cheap and the Days certainly fills that motto. Carpets could also do with renewing/cleaning. Decor drastically needs updating/cleaning. Poor lighting. Food was dire. Breakfast time worst. Visitors exiting rooms and passing through breakfast area was both disturbing and unhygienic. 11 am prompt and the staff appear to remove any foods left. There is a good Wetherspoons five minutes up the road at half the price – best to go there. Service also more pleasant there. Beds very uncomfortable. Pillows unacceptable. Hairdryer continually overheating. Rooms not cleaned to a high standard. Foreign housekeeping talking very loudly on landing when you are trying to sleep is also unacceptable. Also other guests banging doors very early in the morning is very disturbing. Toiletries not always replenished when required ! Internet speed is a joke – that is if you can get any service at all – they have a cheek to say it is FOC. If you want a nice break in Belfast, DON’T GO TO THE DAYS HOTEL, by far the worst I have ever stayed in.

The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, with a shopping area and the Christmas market within walking distance. Went to Robinsons Bar and Bistro for a drink or two, which was not too far from the hotel.
